Week 3: Gym pain
I can positively say that I am starting to get into a better gym rhythm. This last week I went five times which I am proud of, it sure as hell was not easy though. This week also was not bad in terms of eating better and enjoying the food im making.
Monday and Tuesday I went to the gym after school which I must say is really not easy. I drive past my house on the way to the gym which means I really want to just go home and its right there. I am also finding that spending a day running after children is exhausting. I am not used to so much noise and movement being around me all the time.
Wednesday and Thursday I was drained, I had been teaching my own lessons and I had a lot of stress going on. I found out I have to apply for teaching jobs before the end of May and to be honest, I don’t really want to be a teacher. I did take Jenson for a 2km walk on Thursday which was very cute, he gets so excited about life.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday it was back to the gym. Friday was a public holiday which meant the gym was lovely and quiet. Eating wise Friday was hard as we had a picnic and there was cake. I wasn’t as tempted but it was still there.
Waking up this Monday I can feel the pain. My legs hurt, my arms burn and my bum is so sore. I never knew it was possible for a bum to hurt so much.
